Just received a rather dodgy text purportedly from the Post Office saying they attempted to deliver my parcel but couldn't manage it and want me to confirm my details for the redelivery at: https:postoffice-driver-missed[.]com. Clearly a scam! It came through on Wednesday 26th January at 21:37. Be cautious out there, folks!

Received a message at 02:55 from "Post Office" claiming they couldn’t deliver a parcel. Total scam! I’ve gone ahead and blocked them.

I've been anticipating a parcel from Royal Mail. I received a message that claimed to be from the local delivery service of Royal Mail, requesting my name and email address, followed by my home address and date of birth. Then it abruptly shifted to a series of questions asking for credit card information to supposedly cover a £2.10 delivery fee. It initially seemed plausible until they began probing for sensitive details that would've compromised my card. That's when I decided to exit the conversation! I can't shake the feeling that this is a classic phishing attempt, but what frustrates me the most is that they targeted me right when I'm expecting a delivery from Royal Mail. I'm left wondering whether this could be an inside job, either from Royal Mail or perhaps even from eBay.
