This morning, at around 5am, I got a text from this number claiming to be from the NHS, stating that I’ve been in touch with someone who has tested positive for Omicron. I have a hunch it might be a scam, but I can’t be entirely certain.

I received a rather dubious text from some chancers claiming they had attempted a delivery while I was out and wanted me to verify my information for a second delivery attempt. It rang alarm bells for me - definitely sounds like a group of scammers trying to fish for personal details. I suspect they'll hand over what they gather to other crooks who will then reach out to me again, either by phone or text, using my own name and information in a bid to con me. Quite the sneaky little operation they've got going on there!
