Got a call from a company saying they were from some loft insulation conservation scheme. They already had my name and address and told me my records said I had the old kind of insulation. I told them I wasn’t sure that was true, thanked them and hung up. Then they called again and left a voicemail calling me a rude name!

I told him I wasn’t interested, but he kept insisting that I had to take the survey. When he started getting rude, I just ended the call. Then he left a nasty message on my voicemail calling me a ‘p###’ - what a total coward. I’ve reported the whole thing.

some company trying to sell loft insulation kept ringing me. first they called from 01202 084085, and when i hung up, they phoned back from 07712 660443 threatening to ‘teach me a lesson’. after that, they called three more times; twice from the 07712 number and once again from the 01202 one. it really made me feel unsafe, so i’ve reported them to the tps.

They told me something about local conservation, thinking I had fibreglass insulation up in my loft. I told them straight away that this call was rubbish and to take me off their list. I’m on the TPS, so they really shouldn’t be calling!

Got a call from 07712660443 earlier today. Told them straight up I wasn’t gonna answer questions from someone I don’t even know. Then they said the same thing about not knowing me, and just hung up. Really fed up with these annoying calls!

Someone rang me claiming to be the conservation officer saying new rules about roof insulation meant I had to get mine checked and swapped out. When I said no, they got really rude and just dropped the call.
