got a call from someone asking for a person who doesn’t live at my address. they wanted personal details and got really pushy when i said no.

Earlier today, my elderly mother received a rather unwelcome call from this number, with the caller insisting on sending someone over to inspect her loft for some sort of installation survey. Despite her courteous refusals, the caller quite rudely referred to her as an ungrateful old witch. When she requested his name and the company he represented, he had the audacity to respond that he was Santa Claus and wished her a dreadful Christmas, suggesting she didn't deserve any joy at all. How appalling!
