Had a bloke named Matthew ring up, said it wasn’t a sales call but was trying to flog me some insulation. When I told him I’m fine with what we’ve got already and not interested, he started getting a bit shouty. Honestly, he needs to work on his approach and maybe look into some anger management, because that attitude’s not doing him any favours.
