I got a call from someone claiming to work for a green energy company in Southampton. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they started getting really rude and even called me stupid for not wanting to save money. Things got pretty heated during the call before they just hung up on me. Honestly, the whole thing stressed me out so much it triggered an angina attack. Not how I wanted to spend my day, cheers for that.

Got a call out of the blue warning me that my loft insulation was apparently dangerous and could be a fire risk. Seemed a bit like one of those dodgy cold calls just trying to spook me into buying something I don’t need. Didn’t appreciate the scare tactics, honestly.

Answered a call and could hear loads of noise like it was from a call centre, then the line just went dead. It's super annoying. Got quite a few calls like that today already.

Got a call from a young woman saying her name was Lauren, she mentioned something about fibreglass insulation and rockwool not being up to standard anymore. She said she wanted to send someone round to check my loft for possible replacement. I was just starting to explain nicely why I’m not having anyone in the house right now, but she just cut me off abruptly. I really can’t stand that kind of bad mannered behaviour!
