Got a call on my landline from 07712657781, guessing it’s a mobile. They said they want to check my loft because they might swap out the fibreglass insulation. Bit odd that they rang the house phone though.

when i called back there was nothing useful said, just felt like they were trying to sell me stuff or something like that.

I received several calls from a lady inquiring about a Mrs.......... She insisted that we were not who she was looking for and seemed to have quite a list of calls for this particular name. She requested our surname and address to remove us from her records. When I told her it was irrelevant what our name was, she replied that my abruptness meant she wouldn’t bother taking us off her list after all. Quite the cheek, wasn't it?

This lady seemed utterly convinced she hadn’t dialled the right number. I’m still baffled as to what her intention was, but she insisted on getting our name and address to remove us from some sort of database. Well, obviously, that wasn’t happening!
