I was approached by some dodgy individuals who were after my banking information under the guise of offering drainage insurance. It’s quite alarming how they already had my name and address! Please exercise caution when sharing your personal information; these scammers are quite sophisticated!

They asserted they could slash my (non-existent) home plumbing insurance costs. Quite peculiar, if you ask me!

In Leicester, there's this bloke called Kamran Qayyum who’s pretty notorious for putting on a rubber mask and asking for a fiver to get a bit of a bum deal over in Spinney Hill Park. Heard he’s got some really dodgy habits, even involving kids, and supposedly he sends the pictures to his family back in Pakistan. Proper nasty stuff.

I had a really bad run-in with Kamran Qayyum, who honestly seems like one of the worst creeps I've ever heard of in Leicester. He's apparently the head of some nasty group out near Spinney Hill Park, targeting kids and doing awful things. From what I understand, he and a few of his relatives are involved in sharing disgusting stuff related to their abuse, which is just horrible. It’s really shocking and scary to think stuff like this is happening so close to home.

This number is associated with some right dodgy characters. They pose as a charity and try to beg for donations. It's infuriating that those with good intentions end up being exploited, as all their contributions go straight into these charlatans' pockets! It’s high time action was taken against them!

I've noticed this same name popping up loads on here. Almost all the comments are just angry rants full of swearing from people who barely seem able to put a proper sentence together. I don't reckon any of these are real stories from folks who actually got scammed by these numbers. The big red warning on this thread feels like it's more about the users posting than anything else. Honestly, they seem like they're just causing trouble for themselves.

It really shouldn't take up much of anyone's time - just either block the number or don't pick up when it rings. Simple as that.

You should check out Lisa Murray Degisi from Prestwich on Facebook, she’s got a massive house and flashy cars but it’s clear none of it comes from proper, honest jobs. She’s apparently involved with another well-known scammer too. Some dodgy stuff going on there for sure.

Watch out for Ivan on Tech - once you sign up, they peddle your info everywhere and you’re stuck with nonstop annoying calls all day and night. Total scam!

For the past two weeks, I've been getting nonstop calls from numbers between 07700 370800 and 370883. When I pick up, the people claim they’re calling from some kind of “education centre” or “profit centre.” I’ve been blocking every single one as they come through. Today, a new one popped up starting with 07515 570305 and I blocked that straight away too. It’s pretty annoying!

I got a call from someone claiming they’d send me a Covid test kit if I gave them my bank info. They said it was at a special discounted rate, but something about it felt off, so I didn’t go through with it.

My phone flagged the number as suspicious so I just ignored the call and have now blocked it.

So this bloke rings me out of nowhere askin bout my evening, then suddenly goes all pushy and hangs up on me. Best thing to do? Just block, report and move on.

I've been getting calls from 07700 370882 and loads of other numbers that are really close, like 81 and 82 at the end. It's been happening all week. They’re definitely scammers. Every time I block one, they ring from a different one with just a slightly different ending. Feels like they’re just cycling through numbers and will probably run out soon. Proper annoying!

They just ring and then drop the call straight away.

They’ve been ringing me nonstop about some foreign exchange trading, even though I told them I’m not interested. My husband’s even warned them he’ll report their calls but they just don’t stop. The callers have thick accents, so I couldn’t catch the company’s name. They’re pretty pushy and keep ringing all day, sometimes even late at night, and when you pick up they just hang up straight away. Loads of different numbers too, all about the same trading nonsense. Honestly, steer clear of these calls, they seem pretty dodgy.

Received calls from 07700370882 and a bunch of others like 07700370881 and 07700370883. Seems like they keep switching the numbers to ring me. I’m so done with their nonsense about investments. Blocked every single one of them already.
