I keep getting calls from this number or one very like it, usually about half past eleven every day. When I answer, it’s just dead silent - no sign of anyone on the other end!

Got a call and there was this quiet pause for a good 5 seconds. Then a lady with an accent asked if I was Mr Cxnxnxn, but she butchered my name so badly I just ended the call right there.

Got a call from a woman abroad pushing insurance for my appliances. Told her to buzz off.

Some guy called Craig, sounded like he had a really thick Asian accent, rang me up about my home appliance insurance supposedly going down. He even mentioned my old address, which I moved away from years ago. He said I'd get a discount in the mail, but when I told him all my appliances were new and I didn't need insurance, he just ended the call. Total scam in my book.

I got a text claiming to be from HSBC, saying there was some strange activity on my card. Feels dodgy to me, like they’re just fishing for my bank info. Definitely not falling for it!

Got a text from +447852588370 claiming to be Halifax. It told me to click a link if I didn’t know the message, but apparently that’s how they hack into your online banking, at least according to Halifax when I rang them today. They told me one of their clients actually fell for it just last week and lost money. They stressed banks never send texts like this, so watch out and don’t click anything suspicious!

There was this really strange robotic-sounding call I got.

For the past two weeks, I've been getting calls from numbers starting with 07700 370800 right up to 370883. Never hear a peep until I say something first. Proper hassle!

Got this automatic call with no one actually there, just some annoying harassment. Proper annoying. I was so frustrated, felt like I could lose my temper big time tonight!

Got a call from some random number at 9:50 pm. I just ignored it cause my mum always says, “If you’ve got nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all.” Bloody idiots.

Been getting calls from a number that looks like it's from Jersey. They rang me twice, then called again but this time the last digit was a 1 instead of 0. I haven’t picked up cos I reckon it might be connected to some sort of investment or trading firm.
