Warning, got a call from someone saying she was Denise Couchman. She claimed she owned a flat and wanted to rent it out because she’s moving nearer to her relatives since she’s got hearing troubles. She insisted I send a deposit before even seeing the place. Seriously, don’t hand over any cash or share your info with her!
