Got a text saying I'd been near someone with omicron but there was no NHS logo or anything official looking. Didn't bother clicking any links since I'm already isolating with Covid and know what proper NHS or track and trace messages look like. Honestly, it just adds unnecessary stress when you're already dealing with so much.

Got a message just after 4 in the morning saying I’d been near someone with the Omicron variant and needed to get a PCR test. Didn’t touch the link though, thought I’d look up the number on this site before doing anything. Pretty relieved I didn’t stress over it or click on anything dodgy! I've just received a message from the NHS suggesting that I've come into contact with someone who has Omicron. They provided a link, but I can't help but think it's a con, seeing as I've hardly left my home since December 28th and now it's 6th January 2022. I'm definitely blocking that number!

Kindly request a complimentary PCR testing kit here: [link removed] My response: So I “must request a FREE PCR testing kit,” but when I attempt to do so, it demands my payment information for postage! This number is definitely part of a parcel scam. They claim to be Royal Mail and say you owe £2.99 for a redelivery. I got one from them on Saturday 1st January, 2022. I also reported a nearly identical scam from "Hermes" using the number 07519 328605 - they used almost the exact same message.
