Got a text saying I'd been near someone with omicron but there was no NHS logo or anything official looking. Didn't bother clicking any links since I'm already isolating with Covid and know what proper NHS or track and trace messages look like. Honestly, it just adds unnecessary stress when you're already dealing with so much.

Got a message just after 4 in the morning saying I’d been near someone with the Omicron variant and needed to get a PCR test.
