Got a call while I was busy with something, couldn't really make out what he said - maybe something like 'Finance Department' or whatever. I asked him to ring me later. Some bloke asked for my son, and when I told this Asian guy he's only 16, he kept going on about my son being born in 1997 and 20 years old. He even kept swearing at me, which properly made me angry. He just wouldn't get it, or maybe he refused to, that my son doesn't owe any money. So in the end, I just told him to shove off and hung up.
