BEWARE OF SCAMS! Got a sketchy call from someone claiming to be from the “National Healthcare Department.” Could tell right away it was a call centre trying to sound legit, so I played along since I actually work in the NHS. They said they wanted to confirm my info with my GP practice. When I asked for the name of my surgery, they just ended the call... haha. Don’t share any info and stay cautious. Best to block this number and ignore them completely.

Got a call from an Indian lady who somehow knew my first name. She started off asking if I was satisfied with my doctor, then tried asking about some kind of insurance - something like life insurance, though I had trouble catching it properly with her accent. When I told her to take me off their list, she said it wasn’t a sales call and asked me again about the insurance, maybe life or holiday cover or something along those lines. I just ended the call and blocked the number.
