This person said they worked in Three's promo team and offered to upgrade my plan. But as soon as they asked for my account info, I ended the call. They tried to argue that their promotions team was different but I told them I've spoken to three different people from Three in the past month and none of them ever asked me directly for my bank details without using pin numbers electronically. So I just hung up on them.
