Got a message from this number and immediately felt it was dodgy despite it saying it was from HSBC. I had a quick look on HSBC’s site and saw lots of warnings about a smishing scam going about right now. Basically, these scammers say there’s been a payment try from some device you don’t recognise and want you to click a link to check it. They then try to grab your bank info. Best thing to do is just bin the message.
