Beware, these callers are scammers from India. I spoke with Telstra and they confirmed these numbers have been flagged for scams. They tend to ring from numbers like:

They've been ringing non stop all week, so I reckon im gonna call them back a bunch of times and see how they like it. These annoying bastards just dont get the message.

Got a call earlier from someone pretending to be Telstra, saying because I pay my landline bill on time, they had some offer for me. Didn’t even let them go on cause if it was really Telstra, they’d know I just moved and my bill’s actually overdue and I’m still paying it off. Definitely putting this number straight onto my block list.

For around half a year now, we've been getting calls from these lot. It all kicked off after we warned them we're on to their daily scam calls at all sorts of times. Usually, they ring from a blocked number, but today they used this one. Seriously, don't trust a word they say - they're just after getting remote access to your PC. I’m fed up with them ringing non-stop, makes having a landline a total waste of time.

Even tho I've registered on the Do Not Call list, these telemarketers keep ringing me non-stop. Honestly, if they don't stop soon, I'm gonna have to look into legal steps. Such a pain!
