Initially, he represented himself as a pragmatic individual from Prudential, persuading my wife to join their insurance plan. However, when my wife declined, the consultant began harassing her by making frequent phone calls and using offensive language. It is disappointing that Prudential Insurance Company has not taken any action to investigate this matter and use legal measures to cease these activities. This incident has severely tarnished Prudential's reputation. It is shameful that they employ consultants who resort to such unethical behavior to sell their products. Therefore, I suggest that we discontinue our association with Prudential and refrain from engaging with them further.

Folks, most of us have RHB accounts. After carrying out my own investigation, it appears the cheaters and scammers among us are actually RHB staff members. They are able to access our personal information, which we provided when opening our RHB accounts. It is likely that some of their staff are involved in these fraudulent activities. Therefore, in my opinion, it is important to report this to the police as our personal details are no longer secure. You could also consider reporting this to RHB bank, but it may be difficult to determine which staff members are involved in the scams.

Yes, it is quite perplexing why they are making claims from multiple agencies, banks, and telecommunications companies using just one number. It seems peculiar that the same number is associated with various companies like Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Celcom, and Prudential Insurance. This is utterly absurd. Each company should have its own official number.

I received a call today from someone claiming to be a Prudential agent offering a program called Pru-wellcare. They said the premium is only 70 RM per month. However, I want to inform everyone that this is a complete scam. Please be aware and do not fall for it. Thank you. Yann

I recently had a call from Nur Suleina binti Mamat at RHB Bank about the Essential Cover 20 program. I wanted to know if it actually exists or if it's just some kind of scheme.

I received a call today from this phone number. They claimed to be from RHB Bank and talked about a program called Essential Cover 20. I'm not sure if this program actually exists, but I agreed to it anyway. They mentioned a monthly fee of RM78.20 for the first 10 years. If no claims are made during this period, there will be a cash back offer. For the second 10 years, there will be no more installments but the coverage will remain. However, I am unsure if this program is legitimate or not. I pray that Allah protects us from deceitful individuals. Ameen.

I received a call from this number yesterday, and the caller knew my name. When I tried to return the call, I found that the number doesn't seem to be in service anymore. The person who called claimed to be from "Essential Cover 20."

There are individuals who remain engaged in deceitful practices even now. Yesterday, I received a call where the person claimed to be from Hong Leong Bank. However, I suddenly realized it was already 5:30 PM. During Ramadan, the working hours should end at 4:30 PM, so I politely mentioned that I was occupied and unable to engage. This morning, this same person persistently continued to call me. It is concerning how someone like this is aware of our names. Therefore, it is crucial for everyone to exercise caution.
