Totally bogus! They act like they’re calling from your bank but it’s all a scam.

Got a call from someone pretending to be a TSB adviser claiming my card had been used for strange purchases. They asked me to check my bank balance, and as soon as they saw there was no money in my account, they just ended the call. Don’t pick up if you get a call like this, they’re definitely trying to scam you.

This has got to be some sort of scam, TSB should definitely put a stop to it. I tried calling the main number I found on Google and ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes with no answer. Honestly, the real TSB’s customer service is already pretty rubbish.

At first I assumed it was TSB, but then they started asking for my card details over the phone, which seemed a bit dodgy. Not really sure what that was about.
