Received a call supposedly from Royal Mail, stating they needed to email me a link to resend a package. I simply instructed them to return it to the sender and promptly ended the call.

Received a call from someone identifying himself as "Jake" who said he was with Royal Mail. However, his accent gave me pause, so in a rather charitable spirit, I thought I'd broaden his lexicon a touch. I introduced him to a few select Anglo-Saxon terms that really pack a punch. One can only hope he found it enlightening!

Someone rang me, saying they were from Royal Mail. They had my name and even an email I haven’t used in ages, around five years back. As soon as I requested the parcel reference number, they just cut off the call! Quite dodgy, if you ask me.
