Somebody said they were calling from Royal Mail and asked for my email to send a link so I could arrange a resend. I just told them to return it to the sender and ended the call.

Someone said they were from Royal Mail and actually knew my name plus an old email I used ages ago. When I asked for the parcel’s reference number, they just ended the call on me!
