2 yearsI dialled a number listed on the NatWest website, only to suspect something dodgy is afoot. I've reached out twice, and strangely enough, it’s the same chap who answers each time - rather unusual for a helpline, I'd say. He attempted to put me through to a different department to assist me with my login, claiming someone would ring me back. Oddly, he insisted that if anyone else named Nathan rang, I should ignore them. To top it off, they called back from a withheld number. When I try to access my business account, it prompts me for identical codes to my password, which simply shouldn’t happen. I’ve got a gnawing feeling that my account may have been compromised. Unfortunately, every time I try to contact NatWest, the same man with a Nigerian accent is on the other end.
