So I got this automated call from HMRC telling me I had a tax warrant out and I better pay up. They said if I didn’t press the buttons to connect I could get arrested or something. Seemed really dodgy to me!

Got a call claiming to be from the fraud team at my bank. When I double-checked by ringing my bank directly, it turned out scammers were using that number to try and hack into people's accounts. Be careful out there!

this morning I got a call from this number telling me like in the other comments, that I owe money and they gonna arrest me. it really upset me but luckily my husband said it's a scam and not to worry. I’m still confused how they even managed to get my personal mobile number though.

I got this automated call about some tax fraud probe, said if I didn’t press 1 right away, they’d issue a warrant and I’d get arrested pretty quick! Honestly, sounds terrifying, especially for people who might be more easily tricked by stuff like that.
