3 yearsDefinitely a rip-off, watch out!4 yearsI got a message saying there was suspicious activity on my John Lewis credit card and asking me to confirm if a transaction was mine. I said no, then they sent another text telling me to call a number. I phoned from my landline and they asked for my card details. I wasn’t giving that out without proof they were actually from John Lewis. They told me to contact the number on the back of my card if I had doubts, so I did. John Lewis confirmed there was no fraud and they hadn’t asked me to call anyone.
