03451720167 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 03451720167 👆 is reported as associated with persistent scam activity involving fraudulent broadband installation notifications and bogus TalkTalk account issues. Callers use automated messages, texts, emails, and letters to deceive recipients into providing personal or financial information, often using spoofed or fake numbers. Targets commonly receive threats of service disconnection or visits from engineers for unrequested broadband installations. Victims are urged not to respond or share sensitive data, and to verify communications directly with official providers via known legitimate contacts. Blocking numbers may offer limited relief due to constantly changing spoofed numbers. Reporting these scams to the police fraud database and contacting local MPs for stronger regulatory measures is recommended to help combat this widespread issue.

Got a call about setting up a broadband line which I never asked for. Totally felt like a scam to me.

Got a dodgy text saying TalkTalk broadband was due to be set up between 8 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon on a specific day. It said if I wasn’t gonna be in to call a number or follow a link on a website. Turns out both were fake, just tricks to steal your info and pull off scams. Wouldn’t trust it at all.

Had the regular TalkTalk order management call today, just the standard setup stuff, nothing went wrong or anything.

Got another text saying an engineer was scheduled to set up TalkTalk broadband, told me to ring 03451720167. I blocked that number already, but the texts keep arriving from a different one, so I've blocked that too now. It's really annoying and feels quite dodgy.

I got an email and a text from this number claiming there was an issue with my TalkTalk order. As I’m in the process of switching to TalkTalk, I decided to ring them up on a different number I was certain was genuine. While checking the status of my order, I thought it wise to ask them about the number 03451720167, to which they responded that it doesn’t belong to them at all. They then confirmed the original number I had called from. Quite the mix-up, isn’t it?

I got a message from someone named Minjeeta, telling me to ring this number. No way I’m calling back, feels like a total scam to me.

I received a letter that claimed to be from TalkTalk with this number on it. I just ignored the letter and decided to call TalkTalk directly. They confirmed that it wasn't from them and said it was probably a scam. Later on, a parcel arrived containing a TalkTalk broadband router, along with a note about an engineer visit. The note said to call the number if the timing wasn’t convenient. This seemed really dodgy to me, especially since the letter was sent to my mum’s place, which isn’t the address linked to my TalkTalk account. Definitely looks like a scam.

I've been getting emails and texts claiming to be from TalkTalk about some order I supposedly made. I haven't ordered anything at all. They want me to call 03451720167 to sort it out, but there's no way I'm ringing that. Plus, I keep receiving automated calls warning my account will be disconnected. Had a couple of those just yesterday. I just hang up straight away. These annoying calls have been bugging me for months now.

Today I got a text warning about an issue with my upcoming TalkTalk setup, saying I need to ring them to stop any hold-ups. They also mentioned they’ll be giving me a ring later this evening if I don’t get in touch first.

Got a dodgy message about a fibre broadband installation scheduled, but I’ve never signed up for it or anything. Seems like a classic scam to me.

Just got a recorded call claiming to be from TalkTalk. The message said my internet would be cut off today and to press 1 if I wanted to keep it on. Pretty sure my internet isn’t actually going anywhere, right? This sounds off to me.

Got these recorded calls from a bunch of similar numbers, like 10 times a day! They keep saying my service is about to be cut off today or something. Proper annoying!

Somebody rang pretending to be my broadband company, but once i asked him to name my provider, he just started rattling off loads of companies like BT and others. Honestly, it was a bit funny to listen to. I told him he'd probably be better off finding a proper job since scamming definitely wasn't his strong suit!
