I received what appeared to be a rather authentic email from TalkTalk, expressing their regrets about my potential departure and tempting me with lower tariffs to persuade me to remain with them (which I'm not planning to do anyway!). They even encouraged me to call that number! Quite the cheeky tactic, I must say!

Got a voicemail saying it was BT, warning me my internet was at risk, and that I should press a button to sort it. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
