I received this message: "Hello, Yorkshire Water contacting you. Your payment is overdue. To settle, please visit: yw.uk/paymybill or ring our automated payment hotline at 0345 1 247 247. Don't forget to mention reference number 291234563534500." The thing is, that's not my reference number at all. I had a chat with the folks at Yorkshire Water, and they confirmed it’s not from them!
