Got a call that sounded like it was from India, the accent was super thick and hard to understand. The bloke claimed he was ringing about my account with eon. Thing is, I don’t have any account with them, so I just knew it was dodgy and likely a scam. I even asked him to give me my account number, but he just said I’d need to speak to another department. Really fishy if you ask me.
