Got a call from this number saying they were from Metro Bank’s security. I wasn’t sure about it cos the person sounded pretty legit, but something felt off. They asked me to open a new browser window for some kind of ‘live chat’ thing to verify my details - which I thought was odd because I don’t think Metro uses live chat at all. I didn’t fall for it and rang Metro on a separate phone. Turns out, noone from Metro had called me. Watch out, this seems dodgy!
