That bloke on the line definitely sounded Indian. It seemed a bit fishy to me, especially when he said I owed them £698.47 from J.D. Williams. I’ve never even come across that name before, let alone have any account with them. Definitely dodgy in my book.

Got a letter from Simply Be, which I know is connected to JD Williams, saying I supposedly owe them money. Problem is, I don’t even have an account with JD Williams, so I'm pretty confused about this.
