I’ve put the number on silent but somehow the texts still sneak through and then get blocked again by my phone! I haven’t replied since I’m not Michelle and have never signed up with Simply Be. The most recent text warned they’d be reporting my "missed payments" to the credit agency... well, good luck with that! You don’t have my details anyway, so what’s the point? :)

I keep getting texts from someone claiming to be JD Williams asking for £197 and calling me Alison. Problem is, I’m not Alison, don’t know any Alison, and I’m a guy. They did ring me on a different phone number once, but as soon as I tried to tell them they’ve got the wrong person, they just hung up. Plus, they’re always leaving voicemails. Tried blocking the number but it doesn’t seem to work. Feels like a proper scam.

They keep ringing me up and texting, calling me Alison and saying I owe £197. Thing is, I’m not Alison, I don’t know anyone by that name, and I’m definitely not a woman. They tried calling me on another number too, but when I told them they had the wrong person, they just hung up. On top of that, they’re constantly leaving voicemails. Tried blocking the number but it’s like they keep coming through. Total scam.
