I've been getting texts telling me to call this number but whenever I try to ring, no ones picking up. After a bit of digging, turns out it's from a company called SSE Swales. The messages say it’s urgent and that they’ve sent us a letter, but we haven't got anything through the post. Feels like they're confusing us with someone else. Cheers.
