Someone said they were from Capital Financial, no clue who that is, so I just blocked the number.

Got calls from Cabot Financial about a debt. They don’t even leave a message. I’m guessing every time they ring, no matter how quickly you hang up, it might count as them "getting in touch" with the debtor. That can’t be good for anyone if it ends up in court.
