I can confirm that this phone number is connected to NEXT's Customer Support. I found this out after NEXT switched my delivery to a different courier following Evri messing up yet again. There’s a guy called Mo on their team who was a total lifesaver, managing to get an expensive fan shipped just in time before the heatwave arrived tonight. I called Mo back on the number he provided to say thanks and double-check if this was really NEXT calling, and it definitely was. So all sorted. Big thanks to Mo and the NEXT team - top notch service!
