Received a rather concerning message from a number linked to "Next," which I suspect is the clothing retailer I personally don’t shop at. The communication states that they are in the process of transferring my alleged debt to an outside collection agency, thus making them the legal owner of this so-called debt. It urges me to ring a specific number by the 10th of November 2019 to avoid any further repercussions. The issue is, I don’t owe anything!
