Got a call from a south east Asian guy who said his name was Alexander, claiming he was from Rejected PPI claims. I questioned how they knew I had a claim rejected (which I haven’t got). He said it was just the company’s name. When I asked where they were located, he said the UK. Then when I asked exactly where in the UK, he just ended the call. Definitely fishy, looks like a scam.

Got loads of calls from this number claiming to be Perfect Benefits. I told one of them about the new regulations that say I have to opt IN before getting these calls, and that I’m withdrawing any consent I might have given, real or not, and asked them to take my details off their system. Despite that, I got two more calls the same day. I’m giving them 24 hours to sort it. If I get any more, I’m reporting the number, and they’ll risk a £50,000 fine. Doubt they’ll bother though.
