I got a ring from this number claiming to be from a firm called ‘Beneficial’ wanting me to update my details. They couldn’t even get my name right and kept saying I’d done a survey with them before. When I asked for their company address, the caller said Watford. I asked again, and the same answer came back. I then explained that Watford is just a place, not a full address. After that, the person just hung up. Definitely not how a proper business would act.

Blimey, these calls from people in Asia keep coming even though I asked them to stop ages ago. It’s like they don’t care and just keep yapping away. They say they’ll ring me every day - seriously, good luck with that. Maybe they’re just earning next to nothing and have no choice. Well, at least it gives me something to do!
