I received a call from "Pensions Audit" saying that my retirement funds are in jeopardy, that they're not performing as they should, and that I'm potentially being overcharged. Then, as if that wasn't enough, they proceeded to push life insurance on me! Quite the sales pitch, I must say.

Got a call from a woman with a Scottish accent, she was stressing about pensions and said she was independent, not from the government when I asked for more info.

They said they were ringing about sun life pensions and life insurance, saying the government was making them cut payments by 25% because they weren’t good value. They also said someone from sun life would call back within a week to sort things out. I phoned sun life myself and they hadn’t got a clue about any of it.

Today, 12/04/2017, I got a ring from 0333 678 0325. I tried ringing back using my work phone and an American voice came on, saying "this number is not in service." If this was a proper company, the number would actually be live. I’m not sure if it’s harmful or just bothersome, but my advice is: don’t pick up!
