Got a call where the bloke knew my name right away. When I asked what it was about, he just kept saying I had to answer some security questions before we could go any further. Felt dodgy straight away, so I just hung up and blocked the number. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

If these clowns ring you, just use the FREE tips, help, and handy letter templates from the top Facebook group Beat The Bailiffs And The Banks. I had a £16k “debt” with Lowell wiped clean, no joke. If they bought your debt, they already paid it - simple as that. You’re not tied to them, there’s no signed contract, so they’ve got zilch on you! Lowell, what a joke! 😂 Don’t be scared, they’ve got zero power over you!

Lowell Solicitors are basically the final warning before a ccj is issued. If they’re trying to get hold of you, it means you owe money to Lowell Financial and either haven’t paid or missed some payments. They’re legit. I’d recommend sorting things out with them before it turns into a ccj and you end up having bailiffs knocking at your door. If you just ignore them, they won’t hesitate to take the matter to court.

They already knew my name, which only makes me think I must have entered my number somewhere dodgy 🤦🏻‍♀️ A woman claiming to be from Lowell solicitors said she needed to talk to me about an important matter but first wanted to go over data protection stuff. I said I wasn’t sharing any details until I knew what this was about. She kept insisting she had to explain data protection before telling me anything, so I told her no and to remove my number from their list. She just said alright and hung up! Totally don’t trust these people with your info!!
