This morning ive had 5 calls, i’m 74 years old and get loads of scam calls. Yesterday this one caller claimed they were an agency and said they’d help sort out my money troubles to improve my life, but they even knew my name. My mum’s landline rang but I picked up instead. The person claimed to be from ScottishPower and asked just for my mum by her first name. Now, mum does have an ongoing issue with ScottishPower, but the woman’s voice didn’t sound right at all - really weak and kind of shaky, not professional in the slightest. When I asked her to explain who exactly was calling, she ended the call pretty quickly. Something definitely felt off about it.
