I received this number and managed to reach them on one occasion. After that, I attempted to get in touch for four consecutive days, each time enduring a wait of six minutes, only to be disconnected every time.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! I'm still left twiddling my thumbs after a month, waiting for the paperwork they promised. Every time I ring the number, I’m put on hold indefinitely, only to be cut off without a word. They've snagged nearly £595 from me, and for what? Absolutely nothing! I’m ready to lodge a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman; they simply can't be allowed to carry on like this.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I engaged their services for PPI claims and forked out £300. However, it’s now been two months and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling, but they’ve gone completely silent. I did my homework; the company is legitimate, but they disappear as soon as they’ve pocketed their fee. Beware! I've also received a communication from SMS Legal, where they thanked me for choosing their services and asked me to electronically sign a document to kickstart my claim. It's all rather concerning, to be honest!
