I managed to reach this number just the once. After that, I spent about four days trying, waiting around six minutes every call before it dropped on me. Such a frustrating experience!

AVOID THIS PLACE. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on my documents. When I try calling the number, I get stuck in a queue and then the call just drops. They've taken almost £600 off me with nothing given back! I'm definitely going to complain to the Financial Ombudsman about this.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I engaged their services for PPI claims and forked out £300. However, it’s now been two months and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling, but they’ve gone completely silent. I did my homework; the company is legitimate, but they disappear as soon as they’ve pocketed their fee. Beware! I've also received a communication from SMS Legal, where they thanked me for choosing their services and asked me to electronically sign a document to kickstart my claim. It's all rather concerning, to be honest!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS... They say they’re a PPI firm, took £300 off me for their services, but it’s been over two months and I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve tried calling and emailed them loads, but no luck getting a reply. I looked them up and the company’s real, but once they’ve got your payment, they just disappear. They send you an email about a 'Letter of Engagement' to sign with SMS Legal (Scarlet Services), saying they’re going paperless and to sign so they can start looking into your claim, but honestly, signing it feels pointless when they won’t respond after payment. Really disappointed.
