This number kept ringing me at least a dozen times, but I finally picked up on the 13th. I quickly told them to stop calling and hung up without letting them get a word in. Now, after a couple of weeks of silence, they’ve started blowing up my phone again!

Last week, this number rang my dad, who's quite old, trying to book him in for something. We got it cancelled alright, but then out of nowhere, the same place called me today! I got a call from a bloke about loft insulation, saying he wanted to send some surveyor round to inspect my loft. He insisted it wasn’t a sales call and claimed he worked for a company called Thermal Protect based in Callywith Gate, Bodmin, Cornwall. I told him I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but he kept saying he had me down as not being on the list. I reckoned his info must be seriously outdated or he was just one of those firms blatantly ignoring the TPS. I warned him I’d be reporting this, hoping he’d get slapped with a big fine for spamming people.
