Oh, here we go again with those pesky PPI scammers! They seemed to have my complete name on file. Apparently, they're claiming they'll sort out a refund for me, yet I've never even had PPI in the first place! What a load of nonsense!

I must say, my phone has been rather neglected lately as I’ve not picked up any of the calls made to me on the following dates: 19th February, 26th February, 2nd March, 6th March, 7th March, and 8th March. Quite the string of missed opportunities, I suppose!
