So-called Life Assurance firm, or whatever they wish to call themselves. Their website looks fishy, to say the least. They insist that you've signed up for a life insurance plan even when they’re well aware that you haven’t, or perhaps they’re just lacking that vital info. Then, they try to coax you into purchasing it by playing on fears like "imagine your family struggling after your passing." Truly despicable behaviour. Best to steer clear and not engage with them!
