I reckon it's a dodgy firm. Before you deal with any biz you find online, have a proper look at their company details - like the company name, address, phone, website, directors, and references - see if it all matches up. Loads of people have flagged scams around insulation, solar panels, and govt schemes on here. So, buyer beware out there!

I put my details into a website form about solar panels and later got an email asking me to ring this number. I haven't called them yet, and while there's no obvious sign it's a scam, it might just be a regular sales centre dealing with applications for solar panel funding.

I got a call about inspecting my loft, which was apparently a continuation from an earlier call I had with some company called Green Emery about government funding.

This number 01623 270158 keeps popping up. The first time, the caller claimed they were from some government renewable energy grant scheme but said it wasn’t about solar panels - which was rubbish. Then I got another call from this number where they falsely said I had asked them to call about more details and that I had given them loads of property info. Don’t waste your time, these people are total scammers and tell blatant lies. Really annoying!
