Got a call claiming to be from Connected UK but didn’t catch any office sounds in the background, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with 02, asking if I was happy with my service. I brought up the outage we had last week, but they didn’t seem to have a clue about it. Then they tried to sell me extra lines for my family out of the blue.

Picked up and he started by asking if the number was mine and if I was on a contract or PAYG. I told him I wasn’t interested and asked them to remove my details from their list.
