Phone keeps ringing but no one ever picks up.

Got a call from some home repair firm and they actually knew my name and postcode. They went on to say I rented the place, which is rubbish because I own it myself. When I asked where they got those details from, they just cut me off and hung up. Strange behaviour if you ask me.

I answered the phone and when I asked who was calling, the person just said they were from housing maintenance, no name given. They said it was about the house I used to rent and even gave the postcode. But I knew it was dodgy since I moved out 3 years ago and I wasn't even the tenant on the agreement. Definitely a scam attempt.
