Got a call earlier, they were asking for my missus. When I asked who they were, they said something about solar panels. I pressed them on where they were based since their number wasn’t listed anywhere. They told me to send a letter to 53 Fountain Street, Manchester M2 2AN if I wanted to find out who they are - something about the Data Protection Act. Had a quick look online and that place is just empty offices up for rent! Strange.

Got a call earlier today, and I tried to be polite, told the guy I wasn’t interested. He kept pushing and was quite rude about it. I said thanks but still no thanks, and as I was about to hang up, I caught him muttering something like “must be cash to waste, then.” Proper cheeky!

Got a call from someone saying they're "green energy" and knew my name. They mentioned they only call people under 79, which seemed odd. He admitted they were ignoring the TPS rules even though I'm definitely on it and my number’s ex-directory. Claimed they'd checked the list, but that’s clearly not true. Havent had this number ring me (01263761611) but since i live in Cromer, Norfolk, its obviously local, not from abroad or anything. Ive been getting loads of dodgy calls from people claiming to be PE or something, mostly from India tho. Asked my mate who does computers about it and he reckons microsoft windows would never ring people up like that, and defo wouldnt ask for personal info or try to get into your PC. So watch out, could be a scam!

Got a call from this number earlier today, some woman claiming to be an old mate named Linda Mills. Never heard of anyone by that name, but I played along for a bit. No clue what her game was - maybe she was just killing time. She said she’s living in March now and gave her number as 01733233001, but when I checked on 1471, the call actually came from 03333441402. Strange!

Got a call from someone claiming to be The Green Energy Unit earlier. I told them we're on the TPS and our number’s ex-directory, so they really shouldn’t be ringing me.
