Got a call today from someone asking for my bank info and phone password. Didn’t give it to them and just blocked the number straight away.

I almost fell prey to a fraudulent scheme involving an iPhone 14, and I’m not entirely convinced it was linked to Three. I have an unlimited data plan, yet a number unexpectedly flashed on my screen urging me to get in touch with Three. It’s quite alarming how they utilise numbers that closely resemble the official ones. So, before you divulge any of your details, make sure to verify everything meticulously. I'm still on the fence about this number, so I've saved it under ‘Scam Three’ in my contacts. Thankfully, I’m tied into a fixed contract; otherwise, I’d be shelling out £80 a month to some dodgy dealer for a phone. When Three reached out to inform me it was a scam, I was furious. I strongly advise against trusting this number for now.

I got a call saying my debit card was being used without my permission, and they wanted me to share all my bank info with this number. Felt fishy to me.

Got a second call from the same number today. This time the guy actually spoke and claimed he was from some call blocking company. Said he’d be blocking all those annoying sales calls and updating my call blocking settings or something like that. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

I didn't pick up, and then my phone just cut out entirely. Pretty strange, really.
