Got a call from 03333208302 at 13:40 on the 11th May 2018. The bloke sounded really slick, wanting to talk to the card owner. When I asked if he knew the cardholder's name, he said no, he didn’t have that info. I then asked if this was just a cold call, and guess what? He just hung up on me.

Cardsaver - irritating bloke with a bit of an Indian accent who was really rude. Kept pestering me to say why I wasn’t interested. Said he’d keep ringing until I gave him a proper reason. Total pain. You’re better off leaving your phone on for a laugh or just blocking the number straight away. This guy ended up chatting away to himself for about 2 minutes, even though he promised at the start he had all day. Honestly, pretty disappointing :)

A woman rang me up, and I must say, she was quite courteous. She identified herself as being from Card Saver and claimed they could help me reduce my expenses on card transactions. I replied that, at present, card payments don’t incur any costs for me, so the only feasible scenario for savings would be if they actually paid me to accept card payments. She let out a laugh and remarked that such a thing was unlikely in reality. I thanked her and said my goodbyes before ending the call.

Got a call from a woman earlier who wanted to talk to the business owner. When I told her the owner had finished for the day, she said she'd ring back tomorrow. I asked what it was regarding and she mentioned something to do with the chip and pin machine. I told her we didn't need any help and no need to call again. She was quite rude, asking if I was the owner, and when I said no, she told me not to speak. I ended the call. She can call all she likes but she'll have to deal with me first.
