Got a call from an Indian guy claiming to be from 3 mobile. I had already cancelled my direct debit for a mobile wifi gadget, but they kept ringing me. When I asked for details, they refused to give anything unless I went through some security checks, which I wasn’t comfortable with. Eventually, I got a letter and paid off the £16 I owed. Didn’t hear a thing for over a week, then this morning another call asking for more money! The device was bought from Currys PC World, who weren’t very helpful and just told me to get in touch with a 3 shop. Ended up blocking the number.
