Total scam, tried to block the number but now it just goes straight to voicemail, which is getting clogged up with loads of missed calls. I phoned the company three times, but they weren't much help. All they told me was not to pick up or call back, which I don't, but then they passed me on to another call centre in India trying to push a new contract - pretty much just as bad. PLEASE NOTE - I’m with Three and recently switched to a different plan. They sent new SIM cards which we never asked for, supposedly so we could keep our number. We believed everything was sorted and cancelled the new contracts. Now they’re threatening to send debt collectors over a month’s payment I don’t owe since I cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period. I managed to sort it directly today, but then this number called me. I think they’re working for Three so they’re LEGIT, just terrible when it comes to handling complaints and cancellations.

SCAM ALERT… got tons of calls from this number. I blocked it ages ago but now they’re leaving voicemail messages, saying there’s a problem with my account. Totally bogus, nothing wrong with my account at all. Definitely NOT Three calling. I NEVER pick up and seriously, don’t answer if you get a call from them!

Got an automated call that dropped a bit of voicemail, defo not a person coz they didnt wait for the beep and just started rambling about needing a urgent call back. The call came from 03333000249 but they wanted me to ring 03333000232 instead.

Got a text saying my Three mobile bill was overdue, but I ain’t even got a Three account! I rang up Three using the legit number to tell them about the scam. Seriously, they didn’t seem bothered at all. Absolute joke!

I get calls from the same number about 4 times daily claiming to be from Three saying my account has unpaid charges, which isn’t right! I rang Three myself to check if there was any issue with my bill and they told me everything’s fine. Feels like a dodgy scam to me, watch out folks!

For the past week, they've been ringing me around three times daily. When I check the voicemail, it never says who they are or even my name, which seems pretty dodgy. I usually just end up deleting the messages.

They left a voicemail but never mentioned the name of their company. The voice sounded like it was recorded, and at one point, the caller seemed unsure, like they’d lost their place in the script. I’m with Virgin, not 3, and don’t recognise this number at all. No plans to ring them back, just gonna keep deleting the messages.

There’s loads of reports giving this a 3 rating. I’m a Virgin customer and the message they left sounded totally rehearsed. No caller ID showed up at the start of the message. They say you need to call back quick to sort out an account issue, office hours 9 to 5 even on weekends. I’d say just ignore it.
