Total scam, tried to block the number but now it just goes straight to voicemail, which is getting clogged up with loads of missed calls. I phoned the company three times, but they weren't much help. All they told me was not to pick up or call back, which I don't, but then they passed me on to another call centre in India trying to push a new contract - pretty much just as bad. PLEASE NOTE - I’m with Three and recently switched to a different plan. They sent new SIM cards which we never asked for, supposedly so we could keep our number. We believed everything was sorted and cancelled the new contracts. Now they’re threatening to send debt collectors over a month’s payment I don’t owe since I cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period. I managed to sort it directly today, but then this number called me. I think they’re working for Three so they’re LEGIT, just terrible when it comes to handling complaints and cancellations.

been getting calls every single day this week. it’s a recorded message saying there’s a problem with my account, but never says which account. after reading the reviews, i rang the company three times and they said it wasn’t them calling. blocked the number now, but still getting voicemails daily. so annoying!

It's an unending nuisance, honestly. I receive a minimum of two calls daily. This kind of behaviour ought to be outlawed, without a doubt.

Utterly dodgy! I’ve received countless phone calls from this number. I've blocked them, yet now they're persistently leaving voicemails claiming there's a problem with my account. The truth is, my account is perfectly fine. This has nothing to do with Three. I've never picked up and I highly advise everyone to steer clear!

Got an automated call that dropped a bit of voicemail, defo not a person coz they didnt wait for the beep and just started rambling about needing a urgent call back. The call came from 03333000249 but they wanted me to ring 03333000232 instead.

Absolute scammers! Received a message claiming my Three account was overdue, but here's the kicker - I don’t even have a Three account! So, I decided to ring them up on their official number to report this nonsense. To my astonishment, they seemed completely indifferent to the whole thing!

I've been inundated with calls from these chaps claiming to represent Network 3, bombarding me about four times daily. They insist there's an issue with my account and an alleged outstanding balance, which is absolute nonsense! To ensure I wasn't missing anything, I reached out to Network 3 directly, and they assured me there are no problems whatsoever with my account. Clearly, this is a fraudulent operation, folks! Best to stay alert!

I've been receiving calls from this number at least three times daily for the past week. The voicemail they leave is rather vague, failing to reveal their identity or even mention my name. Quite dubious, if you ask me. I simply choose to delete them.

A message was left by the caller, but they didn’t mention the name of their business. The call had a recorded quality to it, and I could tell the caller seemed a bit unsure at one point, almost as if they were fumbling through a script. Just to clarify, I’m not with 3; I'm with Virgin. I've never encountered this number before and have no plans to get in touch. I’ll simply continue to erase it from my messages.

There’s loads of reports giving this a 3 rating. I’m a Virgin customer and the message they left sounded totally rehearsed. No caller ID showed up at the start of the message. They say you need to call back quick to sort out an account issue, office hours 9 to 5 even on weekends. I’d say just ignore it.
